Easy! We are only one mile from the Capital Beltway and the new IKEA!
Take the Interstate 495 West exit. Stay in left lane and follow signs for Route 1 College Park and weigh station signs. This exit for Route 1 is rarely used by the main Interstate traffic and makes for a nice shortcut .
Follow signs for Route 1 and Interstate 95 south and take right exit ramp. Now you are on the Capital Beltway heading toward us.
Merge onto the Beltway and STAY IN FAR RIGHT LANE! Go about one mile. Take Exit 25A, (Route 1, Baltimore Avenue) North towards Laurel. This is also the exit for the new IKEA which you will pass on the left.
The exit ramp loops to the right and you merge onto Route 1 north, go to the 4th light and turn right on Sunnyside Avenue (Exxon station on corner.)
Turn left at the first light onto Rhode Island Avenue and then first right onto Holland Drive. Building and parking on right.
