Regulation is a time consuming labor intensive process in which the internal moving action parts are adjusted and aligned to their original factory specs. Each step of the regulation procedure needs to be repeated 88 times (88 keys!) This is why 100s of piano teachers and piano technicians send their students and customers exclusively to us. They know the importance of action regulation, and also know that very few fancy pants piano retail stores will regulate any of their pianos, new or used, before delivery. It costs too much since most new piano retailers do not have the workshop facilities on site to make good prep easy or cost effective.

13. Ten-year warranty on all parts and labor. Because we perform a tuning, a complete action regulation, and a thorough quality control inspection on EVERY piano prior to delivery we rarely need to do post-delivery adjustments in the home. However, should the need for such adjustements arise, they will be covered by our 10-year warranty.
